These terms apply to the apps built and hosted by Website Natin and listed on websitenatin.com. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Use of the apps
- Use the apps only for lawful purposes and as intended.
- Do not try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the apps or their data.
- Staff-only apps may be used only by people given an account by the business that uses them.
Bookings, orders and payments
Bookings, orders, and prices are handled by the business you deal with, under that business's own policies. Website Natin provides the software only.
Content
You are responsible for the information you submit. We may remove content that is unlawful or abusive.
Availability
We work to keep the apps available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The apps are provided "as is".
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Website Natin is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the apps.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
