Website Natin ("we", "us") builds and hosts the web apps listed on websitenatin.com, including apps that connect to Facebook / Meta and Google services. This policy explains what information those apps collect and how we use it. We follow the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
Information we collect
- Information you give us: for example your name, contact number, email, booking or order details, and job application details you submit through a form.
- Messages you send to a business page: when you message a business page connected to our Messenger assistant, we receive your message, your page-scoped ID, and your public profile name so we can reply.
- Sign-in information: if you sign in with Facebook or Google, we receive only the basic profile details you allow (usually name, email, and profile picture).
- Technical information: server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, which we use for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To provide the service you asked for: answering messages, taking orders and bookings, and handling applications.
- To run the business systems of the organizations we serve.
- To keep the apps secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use data from Facebook or Google for advertising profiles.
Sharing
We share information only with the business you are dealing with (for example the resort or cafe you messaged) and with service providers we need to run the apps, such as our hosting provider. We disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law. Job application data is deleted after two years at most.

Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and limited staff access to protect your information.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
