Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the personal information our apps hold about you, including information received through Facebook / Meta or Google sign-in or Messenger.

How to request deletion

1. Email mmagnaye@websitenatin.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Tell us which app or business page you used, and the name, email, or phone number linked to your data. If you used Messenger, include the name of the page you messaged.
3. We confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days. We tell you when it is done.

Remove app access on Facebook

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
2. Find the app, select Remove, and confirm.

Remove app access on Google

Go to myaccount.google.com/connections, choose the app, and select Delete all connections.

What we may keep

We may keep records the law requires, such as financial transaction records, for the required period. We then delete them.
